You are receiving this document because a CCBill Client that you are affiliated with has chosen to participate in our Affiliate System New Features beta-test program. Because of your affiliate relationship with this CCBill Client, and your access to the CCBill Client Affiliate Admin System, you will also be included in this beta-test.
First, we would like to extend our thanks to your for your participation in this beta program, and for the valuable feedback and comments we hope that you will share with us during the beta release of these features. As a beta-tester for the new functionality included in the Affiliate Admin System, you not only play an important role in helping to make CCBill’s affiliate reporting more robust, but you will also assist us in improving our ability to support the needs of our clients and their affiliates.
Please remember not to share any of the information contained in this letter with other Affiliates or Clients of CCBill at this time. When the new features have completed beta testing, we will formally announce the launch of the new features to all users. We value your cooperation in this matter.
Please rest assured that the fields and functionality of these reports have been fully tested in our internal alpha program, so beta testing should go smoothly and appear seamless to you. If you experience any problems or have questions concerning the new features described in this document, please contact beta@ccbill.com for assistance.
Changes to Reports
Changes in Affiliate System reporting functionality now include giving webmasters the ability to track “how deep” each consumer clicks through their website after clicking on the banner advertisement that you placed on your website.
Please Note: The fields shown in the below examples may or may not be available to you, it is dependent upon the client enabling this function and allowing you to view the data.
You will see two changes in the Reports section. First, in the Clicks report ( Reports>Clicks) at the bottom in the Linked Affiliates lookup tool, you will now see that there is an option called All in the menu. This will enable you to view the stats for all of your Affiliate Programs at the same time if you choose.
